☀️ Chakra & Nadis Cleansing (60 mins) ☀️
For this 2-part service, we’ll begin with cleansing the 7 main chakras - root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown, also including the Earth Star chakra, followed by cleansing the 14 main nadis.
In short, energetic cleansing involves clearing deep blockages, stagnant patterns, and negative energies to prepare your system for balancing. Over time, accumulated emotional and energetic stress often manifests as physical discomfort or mental fatigue. By clearing these underlying channels, we help your body and mind return to their natural state of vitality, balance, and harmony.

2) Earth Star Chakra
Located below the feet, this lesser-known chakra works like a deeper version of the root chakra, providing a deeper sense of physical balance and stability. While the root chakra connects you to your body, the earth star grounds your subtle body into the planetary energy. Like a spiritual anchor for all the 7 chakras, this helps to ground excessive heavy energies and stress. If you frequently experience anxiety or feel ungrounded and floaty, likely the Earth Star Chakra requires cleansing and balancing.
3) 14 Main Nadis
Besides having the core power centers above, the nadis serve as the internal wiring system that functions as the subtle distribution channels carrying energy throughout your whole body. If there are blockages in any of the pathways, the energy might not be distributed properly. These are the 14 Nadis -
Primary Triad (Energy & Mind)
Ida & Pingala: Left (lunar/cooling) and right (solar/heating) channels balancing intuition, calm, physical vitality, and logic.
Sushumna: Central spine pathway directing Kundalini flow for spiritual awakening and deep focus.
